The Apartment complex is located in the Town.
To view the apartments, use the elevator to go to the second floor, then talk to the Rental Agent and go into one of the apartments. To rent an apartment, talk to the agent inside your chosen apartment. When entering any of the apartments, you can use every facility except beds without renting it.
When you have an apartment rented, you can travel there using the Map. Your current car will appear near the entrance in the morning, just like with any other place you sleep at.
The rent and the deposit can only be paid from the bank account. The rent is paid in the beginning of each day, even if you do not visit the building on that day. If you do not have enough money in your bank account, you will be warned by the agent before losing the apartment the next day. You have to talk to the agent again to re-rent it.
Apartment features and costs[]
Apartment 1 is 150 coins per day with a non-refundable deposit of 1000 coins. It contains a double bed, a bunk bed, a large table, a microwave, a stove, a fridge, a double wardrobe, a wardrobe, a desk drawer, a couch, and a radio.
Apartment 2 is 50 coins per day with a non-refundable deposit of 450 coins. It is the cheapest apartment, and contains a double bed, a small table, and a fridge.
Apartment 3 is 75 coins per day with a non-refundable deposit of 700 coins. It contains a double bed, a table, a stove, a fridge, and a double wardrobe.
Customization[]
After Storyline chapter 4, this building can be customized, changing its exterior and interior colors and the signboard text.
